Managing Director, California
Jon Baker is currently managing [wire] stone’s multiple offices in California, including San Francisco, Sacramento, and San Diego locations. He also serves as the executive sponsor of [wire] stone Labs, the company’s incubator for technological innovation and creativity. Jon brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, as a pioneering practitioner of software development and web technologies. In addition to a robust technology background, Jon brings 10 years of digital marketing and management for Razorfish and [wire] stone, where he has developed solutions for worldwide brands, such as Microsoft, HP, Boeing, and Nike. Jon was educated in the UK at the University of Bristol, specializing in Computer Science and Mathematics.
As Managing Director of the Seattle office, Norman combines his love of marketing and strategy with his enthusiasm for building successful teams and helping clients succeed. Prior to this role, he was a member of the Strategy, Planning and Insights team at [wire]stone, where he worked with Infosys, Lamb Weston, Arthur J Gallagher & Co., and Nike to help them build digital marketing strategies. Norman has considerable experience on the client-side of the business as well, having been a senior marketer at Microsoft, Oracle, and several start-up companies.

Jason Michaels directs the strategy practice for [wire] stone and has deep
enterprise technology, ecommerce, and interactive entertainment expertise. He began his career at
Intel Corporation and has since created compelling marketing strategies for brands such as
ConAgra, HP, Lowe's Innovation, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and other Fortune 500 firms. He's also worked
with 20th Century Fox, Chrysler Group, Electronic Arts, and The Coca-Cola Company. Prior
to [wire] stone, Jason led marketing for ecommerce and content destinations IGN.com and RedBubble.com.
Jason Michaels has two bachelors degrees from the University of California and certifications from UC Berkeley.
Tatia has had more than 20 years' experience in sales, marketing and agency management for client's ranging from Fortune 500 to regional based and nonprofit businesses. From developing operating procedures to crafting marketing strategy and sales programs to guiding teams, she brings a wealth of business experience to the [wire] stone team. At [wire] stone, Tatia works with global brands to develop go-to-market strategies to reach their target audiences, both consumer and business. She's worked with clients such as Motorola, Home Depot, ConAgra, FTD, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital helping them hone their digital strategies to yield success.
