Students join the campus community before they even enroll. Olivet Nazarene University
knew that the campus experience they offered to prospective students was as important as their degrees.
But how could it give them a taste of campus life before they were there? Social media. [wire] stone
created a highly interactive online community that immersed prospects into the university with Flickr feeds,
YouTube videos, and UStream broadcasts. And future students could start playing an active role by
submitting their own comments. They must have enjoyed their virtual experience of Olivet campus lifeāenrollment
numbers shot up by 18 percent.

An interactive map of the campus greeted students. Music, noises from around the campus (birds, cars, etc.) and "easter eggs" enhanced the browsing experience and made discovering campus life addictive.
Prospective students can dive down into the specific areas of interest that matter to them. This visual search selection ability gives students context to the content they're seeking.
Diving into a hot spot brings the prospective student into a content page that included an overview, YouTube channel videos, a Flickr photo feed, as well as ratings and reviews from colliegiate audiences.
Utlizing the UStream property, prospective students are able to tune in live to hear from professors in their area of study, coaches and even current students.
